Profile
Councillor Richard White has lived in the Newtown area since 1998 and represented Newtown East Ward on the County Council from 2008-2012. He has served on the Town Council since 2004, currently representing Central Ward.
Councillor White represents the Town Council on a number of outside bodies including Theatre Hafren and is a former Governor of the High School and Treowen Primary School.
He works with other Councillors to put Newtown on the map.
