The Hafren first opened it’s doors in 1982 and nowadays is host to a massive variety of shows in addition to being a crucial educational resource. Drama, Opera, Comedy, Orchestras, Brass Bands, Tribute Bands, Children’s entertainment and Ballet are just a few of the genres on display. With 556 seats it is Powys’ largest live venue and proudly receives bookings from all over Montgomeryshire and beyond.
