Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated Young Traders Market Event, set to take place on Tuesday, August 8th on High Street.
In partnership with the National Market Traders Federation (NMTF), Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council invites young traders to participate in the North Wales regional
finals of this fantastic event. By taking part in the Young Traders Market Event, you can secure a stall for the entire day, with insurance coverage provided completely free of
charge.
The Young Traders Market Event in Newtown serves as a stepping stone to the national finals, scheduled to be held in the charming town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Approximately 90 participants will qualify from regional events across the country, converging on Stratford-upon-Avon’s Waterside during the August bank holiday weekend. This highly anticipated event promises an electrifying atmosphere and invaluable exposure for young entrepreneurs.
NMTF CEO, Joe Harrison, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “While the national final is the main event, we strongly believe in the significance of local young traders markets. We are grateful for the unwavering support from numerous market operators. The purpose of our Young Traders Market initiative has always been to encourage young entrepreneurs to explore the world of retail markets. Countless participants have taken part and never looked back.”
