Kelly Healy was elected unopposed on 22nd March 2019. Miss Healy is officially a councillor following the signing of the acceptance of office on 26th March 2019. Staff and Councillors from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council welcome Kelly and look forward to working together.
