An election is to be held of a Councillor for the Central ward (ONE seat) and North ward (TWO seats) of Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council. Nomination papers must be delivered to COUNTY HALL, LLANDRINDOD WELLS, on any day after the date of this notice, but not later than 4 p.m. on the 23 NOVEMBER 2018.
