Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council is sharing its draft plans for the next 5 years and is inviting feedback from residents of the town.
A 4 week public consultation is running from 9th May until 6th June with a chance to win a cash prize of £50 for over 16’s who complete the survey.
The Town Council is responsible for a range of services around the town such as maintaining the public toilets, play areas and gardens, events and tourist information.
The Town Council is interested to hear
- people’s views on the plans already set out for 2018/19 and
- additional ideas for the years 2019 – 2023
And is seeking views on the following topics:
- Town Centre
- Green Spaces and the Environment
- Residential Areas
- Visitors and Marketing
- Young People
- Heritage
- Culture, Arts and Events
- After the By-pass
- Sport and Recreation
The feedback will be used to help put together a final version of the plan.
Paper copies of the survey will also be available at the Town Council offices.
