Transport for Wales wants to hear from you. They are looking for your ideas and experiences to help make it easier and safer for people to walk, wheel and cycle around Newtown.

Why are they doing this?

They want every day journeys to be healthier and more accessible for everyone. Newtown has been chosen as a “Demonstrator Town” – a place where we’ll show what’s possible when we improve routes and encourage more active travel.

Your views matter.

Residents: Tell us about how you travel, what makes walking or cycling difficult, and where improvements are needed.
Businesses: Share your thoughts on supporting staff and customers to walk or cycle, and whether you’d like to join initiatives like the Healthy Travel Charter.

Your feedback will help shape plans that make getting around Newtown easier and more inclusive.
